Smootheeze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has successfully delivered orders to the supplied address and the tracking status indicates the package has been delivered. Customers must submit a stolen package report to their local police and USPS before Smootheeze can proceed, at its discretion, with sending replacement items.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete shipping address and ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of checkout. If the customer enters an incorrect address, Smootheeze will not replace items successfully delivered to the shipping address supplied at checkout.
