I put fruit (blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) in the red one with ground flaxseed. In the yellow one I put cabbage, celery, and asparagus to aid in healing my gut, specifically acid reflux. I put them in my Vitamix, water, spinach or kale, and that easy I am drinking health!

I bought these specifically to have serving sizes and organize my freezer. I used frozen fruit so I added a little orange juice to hold them together. These work so well, pop them out and blend them up

I used the trays to freeze chopped summer vegetables. I found more practical than normal size ice cube trays because they hold more. The only drawback is the price. It is way too expensive. I will not buy anymore.

Easy to use, and you can be really creative with what you put into the little cubes. I dab a little honey on top for added sweetness on the cubes are in the blender.

Very happy with this purchase and will buy one or two more! I used it for the mango sauce I made and the portions are going to work out great!

This is an excellent product for quick and easy smoothie making. Just the right amount of fruit for your smoothie.

I received these and they are very sturdy and good quality.

These freezer trays have become the perfect solution to 3 dilemmas in my kitchen. The first: I'm fortunate enough to live where I can buy fresh strawberries all year round at our Farmers Market. If the berries age beyond where they are perfect for adding to my yogurt they go into the half cup freezer trays. The same goes for the bananas that are no longer firm. The second: I no longer use environmentally disastrous small freezer plastic bags to save the aging fruit. The third: After workouts I often consume a protein "shake". Adding protein powder to skim milk provides the protein but doesn't entice me to consume the uninteresting liquid. Easily popping a perfectly preserved berry half cup or half a banana from the Smootheeze banana tray adds just the right amount of encouragement. So GREAT !

I love being able to preserve berries that aren’t fresh, but still great for the blender. If my fresh berries are getting old, I just wash them quickly and stick them in these trays. This way we always have a berry option in the house even if we don’t make it to the market that week. When reheated, berries frozen like this make a great soft topping for French toast and pancakes too! Nice packaging with tips and helpful suggestions for use.
